Description:
This scholarship is open to Montreal residents who have demonstrated academic excellence and community involvement. Students must study for a full year at the University of Haifa. Preference will be given to students who have not been to Israel. Candidates must plan to return to Montreal to participate in the Jewish community.

Criteria:
To qualify, you must meet the following requirements: 1. Must be a Canadian citizen from Montreal 2. Must be able to complete the form and submit the following: a) Proof of Quebec residency; b) Reasons for wishing to attend university in Israel; c) Letters of recommendation from at least two professors; d) Your career goals and your plan after this next year in Israel; e) Other information about your participation, if any, in the Montreal Jewish community; f) How you plan to fund the balance of the cost of a year in Israel.
