Description: Application is still open to the international Master's degree program in Cyber Security offered jointly by Tallinn University of Technology and the University of Tartu in Estonia. The program aims at providing students with the skills in all aspects of the security of information systems, offering the possibility to specialize in either the technological or organizational aspects, or a combination of both. The program will provide the specialized knowledge and professional skills needed in a career path leading to high-end technical roles (e.g. security analyst, architect or research engineer) or managerial roles (e.g. project/team leader or technology officer).

Criteria: Main application requirements are:
1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Science, Engineering or a related field
2. Proof of English language proficiency (non-native English speakers only). One of the English proficiency tests is accepted:
- TOEFL 550 or higher (computer based - 173, internet based - 61
- IELTS 5.0 or higher

Includes: The MSc program in Cyber Security (180 ECTS) is a 2-year program which is fully taught in English. All admitted students in 2009/2010 will receive an automatic scholarship that will cover their tuition fee for the whole duration of studies (2 years). Students only have to cover their travel costs, accommodation and other everyday expenses. Additionally, a stipend of 2,550 euros per year will be granted to some students based on academic merit.
