Description: This fellowship is for outstanding students with demonstrated financial need. It is provided by Mr. And Mrs. Kingsley Gillespie in memory of their daughter, and by Mr. Kenyon Gillespie in memory of his sister, Dr. Joan Gillespie, who received a PhD degree from The Fletcher School. Preference will be given to women and men who are Algerians, African-Americans, and Native-Americans.
