Description:
This fellowship was established as a memorial to the late Theodore C. Achilles. This distinguished diplomat and ambassador's career with the foreign service of the United States spanned more than 30 years. Achilles also made key contributions to the achievement of the North Atlantic Pact. After retirement, he continued to serve as chairman of the Atlantic Council.
