Criteria:
Each applicant must be a member of the Appaloosa Horse Club or the Appaloosa Youth Association to be eligible. No youth who is a member of the immediate family of an employee, immediate representative or National Director of the ApHC or Appaloosa Youth Foundation may be considered as an applicant.
