Description: The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation is an independent, non-profit foundation governed by a nine-member Board of Directors, comprised of seven Directors from the Coca-Cola bottling community and two representatives from The Coca-Cola Company. Conceived as a joint effort of Coca-Cola Bottlers and The Coca-Cola Company to celebrate the 1986 Coca-Cola Centennial, the program was established to make an enduring contribution to our nation's future and to make educational funding accessible to the widest range of students possible.

Amount: $1,000 and $2,000

No. of Scholarship Recipients: 350 $1,000 and 50 $2,000

Criteria: Current students, as well as high school seniors, planning to attend a two-year degree granting institution in the fall are eligible to apply for one of 350 one-time $1,000 scholarship award.

School officials are asked to carefully consider the eligibility requirements and criteria listed below.

Interested students should check with their campus contact (listed on our website) for application and deadline information.

Applicants must be:   
* U.S. citizens or permanent residents;
* Carrying a minimum of a 2.5 GPA at time of nomination;
* Planning to enroll in at least two courses during the fall term at a two-year, degree granting institution;
* Actively engaged in volunteer service or employed at least part-time.
