Criteria:
Open to students who meet the following criteria: * Attend a private college or university that is a Member or Associate Member of the IES Consortium.
* Currently receive financial aid from their home school. The home school must have a policy of transferring at least 75% of home school aid to IES.
* 3.3 minimum GPA.
* History or International Relations major.
* Must be attending an IES program for an academic year duration.
