The scholarship awards one fully funded place on the Sloan Fellowship MSc to the woman candidate who best exemplifies the characteristics of business leadership. This is in addition to a programme of career mentoring with Spencer Stuart, the worldwide executive search consultants.

To apply for the scholarship candidates must submit: a 1,000 word essay describing how they embody, personally and professionally, the above qualities, and a three minute video discussing the people they admire and how they have influenced the candidate and continue to impact their aspirations for the future.
