$500 scholarships will be awarded to a Study Australia
participant who has formerly participated in the Study Australia full semester study abroad program. The purpose of this scholarship is to recognize those students who have once again made the commitment to study abroad. We realize that extra financial assistance is necessary to participate in multiple study abroad programs within a college career.

Criteria:
Selection Criteria will be based on the submission of the application and essay, judged by a panel of four independent Study Australia staff members. Requirements for the Sequel Scholarship will be based on the following: * Must be accepted into the Study Australia program, including semester, summer, winter, or internship programs. Students may not apply for the scholarship before they are formally accepted into the Study Australia program * Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.3 and earned a 3.0 GPA or higher each term * Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student
* Disbursement can only be applied towards total program fees. Cash disbursements will not be made under any circumstances * Scholarship applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Assessment will be based on a one-page essay addressing the following topic: "How did I grow from my first study abroad experience and what is the value of studying abroad
again?" No exceptions regarding the above requirement will be made.
